Each time in a different country.To get in to the competition the the countries have to make a team of the best players in their countries to represent them. After the team is made they have to compete angainst the other countries to move up. It is very hard to get in because the team has to be really good in order to qualify to compete in the cup. many countries have won the cup numerous times. So far recently the country that has won the cup many times is Brazil followed by Italy and west Germany.
